The U.S. Department of Energy has graciously provided us with a grant that will allow us to fully support housing costs for the first 100 qualified attendees of the Pre-SUSY2011 Summer School. The qualifications for this support are outlined below.

1. Student attendees must be enrolled in an accredited physics, astrophysics, or other related program. Researchers must be currently affiliated with an accredited research laboratory/organization or university, at the rank equivalent to Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Chicago.

2. Attendees must register in advance
   Walk-in admission to the dormitory will not be permitted.
   The registration deadline is Sunday, July 31, 2011. Registration and housing assistance after this date will be at the sole discretion of the organizing committee.

3. Upon arrival,attendees must have with them,and show on request, an institution/university identification, along with a photo i.d. (e.g., driver’s license, passport). People attending from outside the U.S. are expected to secure valid visas for the time of their summer school and conference attendance.
